Google analytics has started testing of their new feature called Intelligence, I saw these update when I logged into my Google analytics account. Have u seen any features which announced earlier.

With the help of Automatic alert (Intelligence) features you can monitor the traffic of your web property. When atypical traffic patterns are detected, an alert will be triggered. These alerts can be found in the Intelligence report. There are 7 types of Alert Templates available for automatic alert such as Total visits increase by more than 50% and many more etc. you can copy it as per your need for tracking sudden change in conversion rate or visits or bounce rate which are showing in below image.

You can set automatic alerts by Day or Week or Month and also able to set importance of alert like low or medium or higher and in fact also choose metrics and dimensions as per your requirement from available metrics and dimensions. in below image you can see the dashboard for creating custom alert.

Its an excellent feature especially for the festive x’mas season coming up. This alerts can be helpful to see the new trends coming up and can also help in determining search behaviour.
