Adobe system Inc made history by declaring that they will acquire Ominture – web analytics software company for $1.18 billion. Adobe will buy Omniture Inc. for $21.50 per share in cash, a premium of 24 percent over Omniture’s closing stock price Tuesday.

Announcement of acquisition came after earning %137 million, or 26 % shares in the fiscal of third quarter which ended in Augsut said by Adobe.
The announcement came as Adobe said it earned $136 million, or 26 cents per share, in the fiscal third quarter that ended in August, down 29 percent from the same time a year earlier.

Ya sure, i perfectly don’t know what they may going to do with, but i am expecting they may integrate with their product dream viewer., which may give user to track, clicks, their path, place of click, flash video tracking, css tracking at once without writing any special code just putting on a simple option “create analytics for my site”
if it is going to be live.. this one is the best option for developers marketers to track and analyze web statics more effectually then as we are doing now………
